Born in Santiago de Querétaro city, in the State of Querétaro. He earned a bachelor´s, and a master´s degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, starting his professional practices in the year of 2002 at Judicial Power State of Querétaro, which continued at the private initiative in the year of 2006. Later on, he was named head and counselor of the litigation, corporate and notarial law department, and at the same time, he worked as attorney of individuals, companies and banking institutions.
